Translation
Nutung is the method of cooking food in bamboo culms. The food that has been cooked in this way is then senutung (or steamed in bamboo).

Method
- 1. Kelabit
Nutung lem buluq: a) muruq buluq dih dooq-dooq b) nipa lamud nuk tu'en ngelaak dih lem buluq c) ngeseng buluq ngen daun ubih d) nadang buluq dih iring apui (na'am muneng tu'uh, jagaq dih meseb) e) ngerier-ngerier buluq dih, dooq teh nuk kenen dih dooq paad laak.
