Lamud
- Sena'ih berek (sena'ih kerubau peh doo')
- Ebpaq tudtuq (peh muruq)
- Labo senaag
- bawang budaq
- si'it tudtuq
Kapeh Tu'en
- English
- Clean the intestine, soak in salt water for at least 10 mins.
- Mince meat with garlic(not too much, just to add flavour only) add a little bit of salt.
- Stuff intestine with minced meat( if you have a small plastic funnel, attach the nozzle of the funnel at one end of the intestine, use your finger to push the mince meat)
- Use cotton thread to tie knots ( like sausage). Do not try to over-stuff the intestine,
- Boil in water for 20 mins.
Ready for BBQ.
Note: if you over-stuff the intestine, it will burst open when boiling.
