Lamud

  1. Sena'ih berek (sena'ih kerubau peh dooq)
  2. Ebpaq tudtuq (peh muruq)
  3. Labo senaag
  4. bawang budaq
  5. si'it tudtuq

Kapeh Tu'en

English
  1. Clean the intestine, soak in salt water for at least 10 mins.
  2. Mince meat with garlic(not too much, just to add flavour only) add a little bit of salt.
  3. Stuff intestine with minced meat( if you have a small plastic funnel, attach the nozzle of the funnel at one end of the intestine, use your finger to push the mince meat)
  4. Use cotton thread to tie knots ( like sausage). Do not try to over-stuff the intestine,
  5. Boil in water for 20 mins.

Ready for BBQ.

Note: if you over-stuff the intestine, it will burst open when boiling.
